Fake Check: Nike x CLOT Air Max 1 'Kiss of Death' 2006

Just won these on eBay from a seller in the Netherlands for a decent price. Noticed the seller has 0% feedback and when I've had a look through the photos I can't be entirely sure they are legit. Photos are pretty poor but they come with booklet, the main thing that is making me think they make be fakes is the tag on the inside of the tongue, date reads 08 and didn't these only get released in 2006?

Any help much appreciated

These are fake; like really. Too many things to point out.

Thanks a lot man, appreciated. And unfortunately I have paid.

Seller hasn't posted yet though so I've messaged them and reported it to eBay they they are fakes. Hopefully get it sorted before seller sends. If not i'm covered by guarantee anyways, will just have to be without the cash for a short while.
