ESPN acknowledges Jeremy Green arrest, says he's no longer employed there[/h1]

When word emerged regarding the arrest of former Browns director of pro personnel and, more recently, ESPN analyst Jeremy Green on charges of possession of narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and child pornography, many of you wondered if ESPN would: (1) acknowledge the arrest; and (2) continue to employ him.
Though I haven't watched SportsCenter since the name "LeBron" began to trigger Clockwork Orange-style waves of nausea, ESPN has posted on its website a brief item in which the connection between Green and ESPN is noted.
Per the article, Green no longer is employed by ESPN. Green, the son of former Vikings and Cardinals coach Dennis Green, remains jailed on $750,000 bond.
