There are couple of nice things in there - and a few horrors.
You need to learn to use the pen tool - that would smooth out the blockiness between the colors like in this one:

those stealth foamposites wouldnt be a bad idea at all, the more you practice the better you will get but a word of no disrespect spend more time on one individual shoes as opposed to doing a million shoes quickly even look at others ps's. alot of the stuff your doing has been done a million times what sets everyone apart is there creativity and execution(wink-wink) keep it up and good work.

thnx man.uh i cn do about 6 -10 in a hour.their nt complex once u gt the hang of usin certain tools in PS.
