Dying foamposite soles need help asap

Hey i amd trying to dye my pine green foamposites black n i mixed sea glow an black rit dye and after putting the dye on it wipes off and has a tint of black so i did this about 3 times and there is no difference dose anyone know why ?

TRY MAKING RETROBRITE AND MIX DYE THEN APPLY
