Why wouldn't they? Dreams have sound, color etc. They don't necessarily have to see an image.

Also if they weren't born blind they can still see images from what they remember.

Of course they would, but i would think their dreams would include the other senses more like hearing or touch and they may produce images in their mind ofwhat they think an image would be. I actually wish i could see what one of their dreams might be like.

we had a blind girl that went to our high school, she wasnt born blind, and we asked her if she has dreams and what she sees when she has dreams. she said shedoes and its what she remember from her childhood

The have mental images of the things that they've felt. That's why blind people touch and feel people's faces, to get a visual on how they look.
