cleaning side panel of SANTANA!

i got the santana dunks dirty on the side pannel. some mud got to it.
and idk what material it is. some weird sh*t.
if anyone can give me a tip cleaning those it would be appreciated!

my santanas had a yellow stain on them, iuno how else to get em off but with a clean towel some soap and scrub away it should somewhat clean it i wouldntadvise you to use bleach
