First off, I would like to thank sole collector user "bootihole' for this guide
I just thought I would post this on NikeTalk because I dont see anything reagrding this issue
The one thing i hated about the CDP 11 and i know most owner of CDP 11 hates this when the "23" by the heel area peels off. So i took some time off to figure out a solution on how to bring it back...
VIDEO / TUTORIAL COMING SOON!
This should only take about 5 minutes of your time
but here's what you will need:
1. Dark Transfer Paper (staples has it for $14.00)
2. 23 picture (i can give the link if needed) but you just have to resize it.
Click to show pictures
3. Cloth (dry)
4. Iron
Steps:
1. print it and remove the back of the paper like it says in the packaging instructions.
2. place the cut out of the printed 23 (middle / cover the existing 23)
3. place the cut out 23 under the WAX paper that's included in the transfer paper
4. grab a cloth (make sure it's dry) and put it on top of both 23 > wax paper > cloth
5. set iron on the hottest setting
6. place iron on top of the cloth for like roughly 30 seconds (you will know when to stop ironing by looking at the transfer paper)
BEFORE
AFTER
I do plan on doing this on my own XIs once I get the rest of the materials
Here is a video link of this method
