Can You Name This Dunk?

Was prowling around NDC and found these. I did not see them on the Dunk Be True site either. All it said was Premium '08 and that they were OUT OF STOCK.Anybody know if they dropped already or are they going to drop (I know Nike will post items early sometimes)? Anybody got info on these?
