I can't even make a decision because 2 different songs talking about 2 different things that are in no way similar
Just my opinion though

I noticed that too, the songs aren't really similar at all.

A better thread topic would be who went harder on this classic.

From a lyrical standpoint the obvious winner is "What More Can I Say" without question.  Not to mention Jay's song had a way bigger impact than Cam's.  Jay's song shut the jersey game down completely and sent people like ninjahood running to the hills in search of some better attire than just a jersey.  I heard many a story how ninjahood was not seen on the block for weeks shortly after this song released as he had to do a complete wardrobe overhaul.

Better question: DMX Get At Me Dog versus Nas Made You Look!!!
Get at me Dog and its not even close. One of the best DMX tracks ever.

This ***** did not kill the jersey game tho. I've seen people say that in the past and I just don't see it. Maybe on the east coast.

Where I'm at around 04 dudes were throwing the jersey's to the back of the closet for tall tees, not button ups and ****.

Can ya'll tell me how "shutting down the jersey game" is a feat to be remembered?

"Man j**** made dudes stop wearing jerseys bruh, he really is the king. HOV!"

Of all the things to remember about that song, which was dope, why that  line? What grown man

cares about what other dudes wear? Also, like Guwop said above me, he didn't kill jerseys, they

never died and never will, as long as jerseys are for sale and ***** watch sports, the jersey game

will b alive and well.

Love both songs.

Jay gets a slight edge over Cam on this one.

Down N Out always sounded like a Kanye throwaway to me.

"I should be #1 on all your list, we see what happens when I no longer exist......... F*** this!!!!!!!!!!"

I'd take Cam just talking for 3mins over a Jay song soo really no contest in my eyes
