The air burst with the patent leather red and black were so sick. It also came in a patent sport royal and white. Bring them back

neither one was decent...the black/red weren't that bad...they were like a AJ XI black/red version of burstsOriginally Posted by JamesJennings

burst are just one of those shoes that NEED the huge air bubble. as the name indicates of course, but they just look like a generic shoe with a smaller air bubble. basically they became true predecessors to the air max ltd when they made the bubble smaller.Originally Posted by shoefreek23
Nike retroed these like a year or two ago and did a terrible job,the white/black pair posted by roboski were recent retros, they didnt have the fat cushiony tongue with the straps and felt more narrow with a small air bubble, nike probably thought they were a bust but if they would of done a better job they woulda been a hit, please retro the cool grey/black joints,I wore those til the midsole crumbled.
Have these on ice DS right now - with fall coming probably will hold off til next spring to break them out. I think Nike did a decent job with this retro altho I concur the air bubble was a tad smaller than the OG.
Throw this on Nike iD to see what will happen (or have they already had their run on iD?)

How do you have an Air Burst with no Burst?
And as much as I love the safety orange pair there are many better: these are better.
