TIP is the better of the two. Their formula is pretty much the same. TI has the better flow and delivery. TI is also better lyrically.

But the best rapper out of Atlanta is Andre IMO. And no, I'm not basing this off a few hot verses he's spit recently or over the past few years. I'm basing this off his entire body of work.

I am a huge T.I. fan but he has been disappointing me lately. His sound has become commercial.
