these fit like regular, non athletic shoes.  i wear a 9.5-10 in nikes but i wear a 8.5 in formal dress shoes.  so instead of wearing a size 9.5 or 10 i wear an 8.5 in these.  if you wear a 12, 12.5 you will probably fit in the 11's.  figure out your formal shoe size.
