When my brother was away at school in Buffalo, he went to super cuts a few times. We all asked him why because there was no way he was getting any decent type of haircut there. Super Cuts type of barbers are just getting out there.
They more than likely just got out of school with hopes that they'll build their clientele there.
Also, they get payed hourly compared to whatever they cut.
I think they get to keep tips though.
