Arts and design related jobs?

So I'm a highschool just entering my senior year, and I'm thinking hard about what I want to do in the future. My greatest strength would be fine arts,I average around 95% in class. I am good all-around, but I would say I have most interest in sculpting and designing. I understand that in order to becomesuccessful in the path of arts/design, that I need to be the best or at least very good in that specific area. So I'm just wondering what kinds of jobs Imight be interested in. Thanks for your input
