Yes they did but CO.JP's are pretty much impossible to find in a 13. Thecoolshoeshine has a used pair size 12 on ebay right now.....

I saw those 12s but 12.5 stillwaters fit a little snug that's why il not bidding.

Typically in Asia stores only carry up to a sz11 US mens. Thus the dilemma many sz12+ NTers had to deal with trying to find a rare big size to make its way to ebay or an outlet.
