Are these Jordan 8s fake?

I'm deciding to buy a pair of 8s from my friend.
I asked him if I could take pictures of them so I could see if they were fake or not.

Can't tell too great due to the pictures. However from what I see I think they are legit.

I'm saying fake for now. I need to look at it on my PC before I get myself in trouble again lol

But so far, the design pattern is not right on the bottom. The yellow triangle is not correct, along with a couple other things I see. I just so happen to be wearing these today.

This is the bit that caught me off guard, the yellow triangle arrow thing...But now i can see that the pic is also blurry

Other than that yellow bit, the shoe looks legit gentlemen!
