Supplements like NO-Xplode and Jack3D help get you pumped for workouts, but are they bad for your body long term?

I don't think it's the creatine. Creatine is a compound that the human body creates, it's also found in red meat.Originally Posted by Nowitzness41
im pretty sure its the creatine in those that causes the acne, ive been taking amino energy before workouts for over a year now- its basically the same as NO Xplode or Jack3d, just without the creatine (not only does creatine have some side effects, once you stop taking it, you lose the gains from it- doesnt make sense to me unless youre in a competition or something).
and feel like youre comin off coke^? damb, you must be takin too much- 1 scoop of jack3d is enough

I'm convinced that acne comes from whey or any milk derived proteins as well as any supplements that cause an abnormal amount of HGH to flood the blood stream sort of like when your in puberty.
I've used Kre-Alkalyn and no side effects. No bloating...nothing.
