anyone have advise for plantar fasciitis???

I'm pretty sure that's what I have and it's in the right heel. Can someone give me some advice on recovery and what I should be doing and how longI should expect it to last?? thanks bros...

the only thing u can really do is stay off of it. i had it last year and all i was told to do was ice and towel stretches . take a towel and put it under yourtoes and pull up stretching the heel. it works but be prepared to have pain for a couple weeks .......
