How competitive is it, and how do you make money?
Weedmaps shows in the OKC metro, an overtly Red state, we have over 700. There was one in the same building as my last apartment (the one I lived in for less than a month and posted in the Bachelor Pad thread). There are some buildings that literally have 2, even 3 in the same building.
Seems like it would be a race to the bottom price wise then become impossible to cover overhead, especially since many are open 24hrs and have to have armed security as well since they get robbed and you ideally want to be in the hipster-y, high traffic neighborhoods which means higher rent.
