Any info on these Safari AM1's?

Browsing the web when I came across these Air Max 1's. Sorry if posted already but does anyone know if these have released? If so, are they U.S. bound oranother Asia/Euro exclusive? Maybe a little overdone with the safari print but I'm a sucker for monochromatic color schemes.
