It's kinda strange since the tag says clearly "air":

ahhh. your right.. i guess the original nike SB branding on the back ankle threw me off with the other models, because now that its gone, its just NIKEstitched there. usually its nike AIR or NIKE SB.. and going back in time, if a shoe had no air, the air would be off of the branding like it is here.

things dont make sense like they used to.

Add that to the fact that the insole only has NIKE on them and my assumption seems somewhat valid.
