Air max 720 2019 Thread

Was at a Nike event this morning and was shown the new AM 720.

Good looking shoe, similar sole and mid to a 97, but bigger air.

Upper like a moulded/pressed segmented textile, supposed to represent geography, one pair cw represented oceans and another land.

Oceans CW was cools blues with some purples.

Found a link on google, but havent done a hard search. Probably photos out there.

Think this shoe will do ok from the finished render i saw.

Early rendering looks decent. Can’t wait to see high quality pics. Colorway seems cool as well

I’m probably in. Like what I’m hearing so far, 97 influence, Black/iridescent colorway. Render looks legit from what I can tell too.

well the hard part is making the sole look good. And they look pretty classic.

The upper needs jesus though

these with a simple premium leather upper would be straight class.

Why not make the light blue ring screen parts one section by joining them where theyre trying to touch???

That would way sleeker

I wish I couldve seen the meeting where they addressed the lips problem from the 270s

looks like a older shoe. i can't recall the model. not a fan of the 270's. they look like they're missing something.

I dont know about these on second look. They make me think of something like this

where the heel has the whole shoe slanted forward like that. Thats a lot of heel.

not only that but the dashboard is actually making it sit back, so as extreme as the upper seam that meets the midsole looks angled forward, its going to look even worse on level ground/

I dislike most of new models, but those look really good
OG colorway with some mesh/suede, white/grey based with some original popping color for accents and that a well executed new air max model straight in the line of the 1s,90s,BWs, etc
