Not all pair, i have the 03s they have thin ep print and the ep toe panel is not too high compaired to the other retroes.
Here are the previews retroes 03, 2011,2013 and 2023 that i have.

Never the less, the ‘03s still didn’t look right to me and I had multiple pairs. The RI is the only one that really looks like the true III to me, the overall differences are clear. That’s just how I feel about it.

Once you get a good pair of RI WC, none of the others before it matter. This coming from someone that has the 1994, bought the 2011, and the 2013 . The bar is high now for these coming up. I see these most likely to be great, but with limited availability.

Agreed. Releasing a true to the og would make since for the 40th anniversary. Plus that would be 5 years after we got RI's. Kinda hope they push the WC3s to 2028 low key.

They can do whatever they want. If they give the masses more then they have less value to the NPC brain because they are sitting everywhere. If they make less then same people are angry that they can't get a pair.

Can't please everyone.

I hate this argument-there is a middle ground where they sellout and they make enough pairs to satisfy everyone who wants a pair on release day.

This consistently happens with Holiday 11s, for example.

I mean I would always prefer OG treatment w/o yellowing but the RI WC3s were the best retro we got of the WC3S imo. They were that good despite the yellowing to me.

Sneaker files said these got pushed back from spring 2027 to summer 2027. Why they wouldn’t release them during all star weekend when he wore these in the dunk contest is beyond me

At some point we’re all going to have to accept that the reimagined pair was not an official OG WC3 retro release. Myself included. As nice as they are and as much as I love em.
