These were not sold in 2009 and in a store or online. Basically, they were probably made by the company, but not officially released.

It's kind of a grey area type thing, they aren't technically fake, but aren't technically legit I guess.

Do you have more pics of the back and where the jordan symbol lines up with the 23? Not sure if they are legit, I have a new pair of concords never worn from last year and they have slight yellowing on the bottom. If these are from 09' they are way to icey.

At least the bottom sole pods would have some yellow around them like the recent Concord restocks the FNL did 2 wks ago. Those are to icy
