Adidas Swingman Shorts...restock cycle, Nike fakes (?), etc.

I need a pair of red Bulls swingman shorts in my life but I can never find them anywhere because they go so fast! Does anyone know when league and retail sites normally restock on these? Also, I see plenty of product on ebay for great prices but I'm thinking that they're fakes because they're Nike. Are they fake?  The only reason that I ask is because I don't know if Nike has the licenses in Asia for NBA products. They look great though

Anybody have any insight regarding the restocking dates for 2011-2012 NBA Swingman shorts? I wonder if the lockout will affect anything...
