A DUMPED husband got revenge on his wife by sawing up their furniture and scrawling “Kev’s half” on bits of it.
Kevin Fiore, 56, trashed the marital home after Katrina, 39, moved out last year. The bankrupt builder sawed a
dressing table in two and slashed a sofa before writing “Kev’s half” on the cushions.The dad-of-two also smashed up
the boiler and bathroom, writing “mine” on tiles and “Kev’s half” on the bath.
A court was told Fiore caused £5,184 of damage to the home in Werrington, Staffs, last September.
Fiona Cortese, prosecuting, said: “Mrs Fiore received a text message that said, ‘There’s nothing left, it’s all trashed’.”
When Fiore was arrested, he told cops he had “lost it”. He admitted criminal damage and was given a two-year supervision
Judge Mark Eades told him: “This was a piece of revenge upon your ex-partner.”
Katrina said: “I am shocked the judge let him walk free. "He deserved to be jailed for what he did to me.”
