Need information on some Dunks por favor

I just recently visited my parents and come across a box containing some Dunk 1 pieces. Believe they are from 04/05.

From Skit…. According to the description attached, above pair is designed by Mr. Mark Smith from the Swoosh’s innovation Kitchen (iK) and these were limited to 566 pairs worldwide while the one only states that the lasered graphic is football themed….
