Honestly its prolly a pass anyway. I've never been into the Collab 4s and other than the OGs I've only really had eyes for cool greys, lightning, and maybe tour yellows.

This shoe is a modified version of Michael Jordan’s fourth signature shoe, maintaining the Jordan 4’s essence. Still, notable distinctions exist. The upper will sport a unique design, incorporating mesh in various sections and an encompassing cage. The same overlay wraps the toe box, now in a low-top style. Those rag-tag pairs pictured above look quite nice as a silhouette. You can see that a Dunk SB tongue been stitched in and the collar just cut-away; wouldn't even be a difficult adaption.

I’m a huge fan of Nigel, but this is not only the most absurd BMX take I’ve ever heard, it’s downright asinine.

I liked em until I saw the pricetag and then see that they're a takedown model. I don't mind the look, I just know there's a decent chance they'll be cheap af. Too cheap to really look good and feel good for casual wear, to cheap to play in for sports.

I believe they did this on the SB4s to achieve the vaunted comfort levels and "board feel" that many people have felt.

These are ugly but look like they're meant to be more purposeful, at least.
