I bought a pair of Retro Nike Air Jordan OG1 and wore them once. It's not really my style so I sold them online. The buyer is complaining the sneakers are not comfortable and wants his money back. I told him that the OG1's were originally released in ~1985 and today's retros are basically the same sneakers. 35 year old shoe technology is not comfortable. I told him no refunds.
He then starts complaining about a missing or worn down logo on the insole of the sneakers. I only wore these once. I did have a pair of orthotics on for my flat feet. What could have worn the logo off? Or were they ever there in the first place.
I've attached a few pics:
1. Logo worn off picture from buyer
2. What buyer claims logo should look like
3. Picture of sneakers from side
