3M reflective paint for leather?

Do they make 3M reflective paint that will adhere to leather?  I've done a couple minor customizations a few years ago, but now I have some Puma's that I never wear that I wanted to try to hook up.

I know this thread is old/dead but this may be a solution. I was thinking about iDing some Lebron X Big Bangs and customize them with this

Interesting post. If it adheres to most surfaces, then shoes shouldn't be issue. I wonder how it'd look.
