paint the midsole(where the air bubble is) and the areas around the lace holes the same color to make them less plain....blue maybe?

u could paint the part w/ the 3 eyelets (has cement print on them)
or paint the eyelets in general
or paint the lines in the back tab.....

if u decide to paint the midsole, u have to do a clean job....

i like the cw but i agree with the others it would be cool if you did something with the midsoles

It would be nice if the outsole was already colored.
so stick with adding something to the midsole and
maybe add some colored laces? idk.
