I'm having a hard time convincing myself I shouldn't buy the emerald's for $109 from FNL. The photos in this thread make me think I can't live without them haha.

This thread got me wondering if I could find some pics of me wearing my old kicks. Found this gem from circa spring of '88. Air Max 1, kids size 5 if I remember correctly. I may have to ID a pair close to these for old times sake. My first pair of Nike Air. I was obsessed with these shoes. 

Damn I love this thread. I had these and totally forgot about them. They were like tanks. I wore the hell out of them and they never broke down. Would love to see these retro'd. 

I know a lot of people don't love the early Pegasus but I agree these are done right. I'd pick them up.

Thanks for sharing - that's good information. I've had the same happen as DWileykyoT. Will just buy them next time and worry about the shipping later. 

Mine came today. I was on the fence and couldn't pass them up. I actually like them more in person than I expected. Creasing is going to be brutal on these though. 

I'm having trouble seeing much difference between the '09's & '13's too. I'm probably in for a pair regardless. Love these.
