Even with the God awful shape, these are one of my favourite pairs that I own. They only go for like $150-200 on the bay though, from what I've seen.

The cage is the same as the regular Kayano 1; if you like the cage but not the sock liner ... Just buy some Kayano's? 

The J3's pictured there are customs and the AM1's are the original release. I just hope the re-release means the price of OG's goes up; I'd probably consider flipping mine at that point.

Ughh - Every time I see GSB/MSB customs I die a little inside knowing they'll never actually happen (And that I'll never own the 1500's).

What new shape? Newest 1500 I've picked up are NO's which dropped around the same times as the TG's, both of which look like they have the same shape as recent stuff like Taxis, Surplus, Yard, etcetc.

Local still has 247's sitting in a lot of sizes in every colourway but I'm super on the fence about it - I would have copped the F&F in a heartbeat if it was a GR, 

And I mean ... Dunes > Pretty much anything releasing these days with few exceptions.
