I was about to ask the same thing, bc the qualifying time for my age group (45-50) is something like 7min/mile ... no bueño

I went with my TTS 12.5 and they're perfect. Not sure if it's the insole or actual air pods but they're really comfortable. I ran errands all day and no leg fatigue or discomfort. Keep in mind that I ran 6 miles this morning (Vaporfly 4) before switching up and heading into town.

I personally think they're way more comfy than the Vapor Max (which I hated in terms of comfort).
