Haha yep. The humor of Girls is completely going over most ppl's heads. You don't even have to be from NYC to pick up on this. 

Ngl, my immediate thought (before even getting to the face pics full on) was that... she looks off. I do believe she is trans. Even if she is not, the boobs and "extraness" are a big turn-off. IDK why guys go after such extremes when they tend to melt/explode/morph when it really matters.
