I've always liked how the nubuck/durabuck/suede ages on all black sneakers. The ashiness helps accentuate the shoe if that makes any sense.

It's no different than the thousands of people who wear Chuck Taylors without knowing, or even caring, who he was or what he did. It's simply trendy, casual and iconic. Jordan retros check all those boxes and in most cases that's enough to make a brand stand the tests of time.

I've always liked red and navy/dark blue as a color combo. Really surprised there hasn't been more Atlanta Braves inspiration on the DT's. That attempt Nike made for the DT 1's was horrendous.
