copped volts....hope they work out as good as my vomero17s have.
would like to rotate between the two for daily miles this season, as i'm gettin a lil bored with the vomeros.
curious....for those that race in carbon-plated racers, what are your longrun shoes?
something durable like pegs or invincibles since you rack up the miles in them, or something plated like zf/vf/af to familiarize with raceday feel?
shorten stride for sure...start with doing it on chill/easy runs to dial in your form. then whenever you wanna pick up the pace, you'll still have a sense of where your foot should land.
i want and need boring...i have a slot in my rotation for something neutral and non-plated to eat up daily miles. i'm coming up on 200 miles in my 39s, which worked for me with the light react midsole and the forefoot and heel zoom pods.
40s now live. anybody copping day 1?

i have invincibles 1 & 2 on deck for all-day purposes, but i get the same feeling as you guys when wearing them just for a short amount of time.
what’s the ideal “disney shoe” offered by nike right now, then? pegs?
