That story is wild. I'm small and not a fighter by any means but if a dude does that to my wife, I'm finding equipment and using it like a weapon straight up. Barbell to the head like a baseball bat.
On vacation here in Miami for a wedding and hit the Dadeland mall since it's right across from my hotel and we don't have much time to explore the city and hit other shops. Bad move for my wallet. Both pairs of Parleys, OG NMD XR1's and found a returned pair of Pride UB's at Adidas.
Down from 205 to 190 this morning in just under 4 weeks.
Hard work paying off. Trying to get down to 175. Also been upping my running. Finally broke the 5-mile threshold again. Shooting for hitting 6-8 by the end of next week.
I used to work 12am-9am and would prefer working out after work. I'd sleep from like 4 or 5pm-11pm.
Schedule was hell. Made it work but it's definitely tough on a social life more than anything.
Worked 2pm-2am last night. Got in bed around 3am and was back up at 8:30 and got a good workout in this morning.
Patting myself on the back. 2 weeks back at it. Slowly starting to notice my stamina getting better in my workouts and my overall energy increasing.
Watching Survivor Series 2002. I miss when they used to do a different set for each PPV.
Also, they opened every damn PPV with the Hardy's and Dudley's, geez.
Best ECW PPV's to watch on the Network? Watching Guilty as Charged 2001 now.
I remember my dad took me to a show and dropped me off when I was like 15 or 16. That **** was too raw as a kid, I was so hype.
