Shooting for that 5 plate squat by Feb range which is what has me contemplating the thicker belt. The powerlifters that I'm cool with swear by the 13. This is the one subject that I'm pretty much clueless about since I train beltless, but it's time to get serious if I really want to move some...
This is how my high volume leg days typically look.
Depending on how I feel that day, 275 for a 5x10 or 315 for a 5x10 (225 if I'm feeling like a ***** ). **** is a straight up gut check.
Lunges on that same day are pretty much suicide, but you've gotta train your legs with the same intensity...
Yeah. Toss in some fish oil and Vitamin E. Maybe a superfoods powder of some sort or some spirulina if you want to add something else and have the disposable income. Herbalife, Body by Vi, etc...gimmick crap made to take advantage of people who want a shortcut to health/fitness.
