No the alternative is to buy whatever you like because you like it and not worried about "frontin" or what others think. Something i finally learned 2/3 years ago. Some people wouldn't even know they are "frontin". Example. I'm form the Midwest but live in Cali. Not one of my best friends back...

Personally, I'd wear the first pair. I like them. I don't see the big deal or problem with them. Only problem I have with replicas is when someone saying they are real and know damn well they aren't. Everyone can't afford $1500 denim.
