This is exactly what I do now. I even stopped buying retroes when they started retailing at $175+. I'made an exception with the all black CB2 94 and will be doing it for the black toe XIV & metallic V. Also, I never pay more than retail on anything.

You and @airforce1king are the real MVPs for this. Got my size 13 with no trouble. Wasn't down with the mandatory shipping costs ($13) but still better than $160 plus tax (which I was not going to pay).

You can get a size 13 of White/Navy on Flight Club right now for $121 (before tax and fees). Got mine in December '22 for $178 ($144 before tax and fees).

Anyone that knows the history (such as yourself) doesn't view them that way. These newer folks have no idea that it served as the inspiration for the AJ IV. I believe the Flights actually released before the IVs, too.
