ive read on other forums that nail polish remover does remove scratches, however you need to be careful not to press to hard or do it too long or it will ruin the finish of the patent leather
Out the 3 pairs I had a choice from only one pair didnt have any marks on the sole... one pair was scratched to the ****house... My pair did have some white marks on the elephant print, abit of scratching with my nail got rid of it... Also the excess glue was horrible... Will have a shot later...
This crack looks like its been caused by an impact of some type, not materials disintegrating. My honest opinion is throw some,touch up paint on it and rock away. Worse comes to worst you might have to stop wearing them if the crack gets bigger. Just keep your eye on it

yeah i water proofed my jordan 5 black/mets that came out this year, chucked 2 coats on the soles just to see how it went... and theyve held up pretty well considering they get worn a couple times a week, if i get a chance ill take some flicks.
