I actually put mine under the knife and so far it took all of the pressure off that area. I like my shoe really snug so the flex point bent downward into my foot and actually caused a blister. On my right foot it was fine because my right foot is a little smaller so the flex point just missed...
I think its the material. The ones with the elastic toes have a much tighter material around them. But the homes I tried on seemed to have a looser fit with the leather. But when I flexed my toes like on a push off with my foot you could feel the leather dig into my joint of my big toe. I...
They are all so pretty to me. But I chose these. I want to see if I can get my hands on the homes or pioneers but I'm out of money and gift cards. :{:{
I was hoping for in court wear. But the fit is y biggest concern. I've always worn size 9.5 in court shoes but last years hyperposite there is no way I could have survived in 9.5
At $55 I was tempted to double up. I've been hooping in my L-Trains for a few months since I've been cleared by the doc and they are holding up very well. The only reason I didn't double up is because I'm sure that they won't be breaking down anytime soon.
So... for those who picked up on the clearance coupon. Please keep us updated on how they feel. I'm still eyeing them but I haven't seen enough positives on how these feel to pull the trigger.
Literally my only issue was the traction lol. Upper was substantial enough for me, fit and lockdown were great, Jetlon cushion was good and fun to play in. But traction is too important to my game to use these more than occasionally.
My current rotation is XX8, Superfly 2 PO, Rose 5 boost...
So I'm giving them a final verdict of overrated. Fun to play in but not a go to shoe for me. Traction was so so and that killed them for me. Great impact protection, fit, and lockdown but on a factor so big as traction it underperformed and wasn't confident. I'm thinking the rubber compound is a...
Got it. Sarcasm is difficult to read for me :/. But I'm looking for more feedback as well especially if I'm the only one with these issues. Maybe all I need is a dust mop for these to be truly amazing.
Maybe. But I got on a court with typically better conditions (from a traction standpoint) and it was still clogging pretty badly. Still had to wipe a lot but I was confident in them enough to actually run a few games. So far that is my only concern. Otherwise they play great.
So I got my J crossover 2 on the court yesterday just to shoot around after open gym and I have to say they were pleasant on foot. Cushion is plush and fantastic, fit is nice even for my slightly wider foot but traction was a negatory.... Collected dust like a swiffer. Wiping helped but after...
I was hesitant to drop $250 on these. But I am a Kobe fan. And I am an MJ fan. This pair seemed too significant to alter to me. I stuck with the purple outsole and left the innards blank. Looks like I am going to have some stuff for sale soon D:
