did anybody else's points stop reflecting on their account? i've made multiple purchases, and it says i have $273 left to maintain platinum status, but i emailed customer service and they say everything's reflecting on their side. i can't see the points on my side though...
Is there anyway to reach customer service other than that messenger thing in the app? I returned a pair of shoes over a week ago, and still no refund. I asked customer service and they just keep saying it’s getting escalated...
no, stockx said nothing was wrong other than the "item was too defective from the manufacturer". also, last time i checked, the shoes were pristine. they said in the email they usually charge 15%, but after looking at my account, they decided to not charge me at this time.
