I worked at Finishline for 7 yrs. Started as a junior in high school and finally quit once I started my full time job after college.
Looking back, there is NO way I would ever go back. Beyond the pay, horrible hours and impatient customers I started dealing with these "Super Finishline...
Not coast to coast but a couple years ago, the GF and I drove from Salt Lake City to Maine (w/ several stops in between). We spent 17 days on the road and totalled over 6300 miles.
Def a good trip but I would need more time to do it right. We ended up driving 6-8 hours most days and being beat...
Yup, the GF and I are heading up to British Columbia tomorrow. Gonna take the ///M up the Sea to Sky Highway a bit (nice mountain curved road along the coast) then spend the night in Vancouver.

I lucked up.
Bought a Size 13 on RD at Finishline. Called up Niketown Seattle on the 4th and they had a size 14. Bought the sz 14 and some AM 90's too.
The guy at the register said the Obsidians have been slow movers and sounds like they still have plenty.
EASY pickup at the local FINL (Bellingham, WA). Even went to crossfit first .
I had to settle for a 13 though (usually wear 14). Seems like many releases have been running big lately though so we'll see. Might need to make a trip down toward Seattle .
I understand wanting to give your GF space and freedom but this is really a dumb question.

I left TX 5 years ago and have no plans to move back anytime soon. My parents still live in the area (The Woodlands) so I'm there twice a year now.
Way too hot for me down there. I do miss the food though.
