What I guess most newbies fail to realize is that protein shakes are 5% of the whole equation. 90% is your complete diet, clean foods, food timing. The remaining 5% is your workout...
To be honest I dont put a time limit.. I go off how I feel.
As long as I know mentally im going as hard as I could during my reps, sets, rest time - then its worthwhile..
Tried to do some sprints today.. %#*+ think ive got a bad hamstring, or either im not used to sprinting.

This is pretty much like me haha, except im 5'9.
I don't like dunking that much, it takes up a lot of energy - but there is nothing like getting that steal, then putting it down on a fast-break, or stuffing it down in warm-ups.
