Took a week. Got my pair. $290 from a shoe store employee. 😂. Turned around and sold the 9.5 for $290. Broke even. Lots of time wasted 🥲

Got EA but didn’t allow me to purchase. Button never switched from “purchased”. I got the shock drop.

I said the same thing, but these are the exception. It’s usually online or just— ended up paying a little extra on offer up and got a second pair at champs from an unclaimed batch of stock. First time in a mall in years.

Managed to scoop up a pair at a Champs, stores are releasing raffle pairs that weren’t picked up. Did something I haven’t done in a minute. Go inside of a mall.

Said I wasn’t going to pay resellers. Tons of posts on Offer Up. Saw one for $250. Reselling to make $20. Don’t get it.

All you can hope for, resellers have been takin L's so I'm sure they jumped on this one. Nobody liked these when they first leaked :lol:. Hoping it is similar to Fire Red 3's.

Just got the L on SNKRS, oh well, money saved. If they restock, I'll scoop a pair but otherwise-- ok with moving on.

No tissue in mine. I remove it, I have a shoe box full of tissue so when I sell I just retrieve it. It is what it is, it’s natural oxidation. I know people that shop and hunt for vintage gear, they understand this is part of the aging process. Discoloration isn’t always even. It is what it is...

Shoes have been in the closet for over a decade. No sunlight. Simply oxidation, shoes aren’t stored with the same side up, so if you look at both of the sides that were facing the same direction the yellowing is even. Hope that makes sense. I’ll take a pic when I get them back.

Here is mine, yellowing if the midsole… not sure when the tabs became part of the midsole but it wasn’t the case before and they were notorious for yellowing.

I think that is the route. I’ve been selling on eBay with success (slower) and StockX (faster) but anything older than 10 years usually gets rejected. Had some Obsidian 12’s get rejected for uneven yellowing on the side tabs. Shoes are 12 years old and it is minor.

Is there a good place to sell older pairs. Lost faith in StockX’s authentication process. Seems like they have a bunch of dweebs there. Just had a pair of Obsidian 12’s rejected because of minor yellowing. Shoes are 12 years old. StockX seems like a place for newer and hyped sneakers.

it means people get more money but spend more money because inflation is high. Interest rates are rising, including credit cards, and people are in serious credit card debt. unemployment is low, gdp is up but there are affordability issues across the board. People are struggling.
