Yes, I agree, they're much more comfortable than one would think at first thought! I would even say they are more comfortable than my AM1 BB's. Also, they're very 'plush' feeling on the inside, just the fabric and such that gives you a really soft feeling.

Yes, they were as hard as the retro's so we've been told. I owned a pair back in the day but personally can't remember.

My guess is it's 'whited' out in the same way the Cactus is 'blacked' out, that's what it looks like to me anyway.

Sizing tips are almost personal every time. I had size 11, because I am always size 11 in everything. In the end I got a size 11,5 because I found them not be that wide in the middle of the shoe. In size 11 my foot was crunched together, lengthwise it was fine. I'm am slightly on the wider side.
