I got a 12 womens and a 10.5 mens from stndrdnola and they're not even, dunno if that is always the case for mens/womens. I normally wear an 11 and sometimes I can get in to a 10.5, the mens 10.5 fits to me like an 11, no problem getting in to it. The womens is a size smaller than the "10.5" mens.

Yes it does, it doesn’t fully show up unless you’re looking at it with the 3m fully lit up which is very unique IMO. I love them.
