I eventually got them to cancel mine and they refunded me, I sent a message to them explaining that I didn't authorize a re-subscription and that I had previously tried to cancel but it never works, which is exactly what happened.

I got a 12 womens and a 10.5 mens from stndrdnola and they're not even, dunno if that is always the case for mens/womens. I normally wear an 11 and sometimes I can get in to a 10.5, the mens 10.5 fits to me like an 11, no problem getting in to it. The womens is a size smaller than the "10.5" mens.
