Same. What they were trying to do with the modern day story was incredibly annoying, I legitimately couldn’t take it. The Black Flag story itself never captivated me enough, either. I don’t see how a BF remake is justified when the Ezio trilogy is right there.

I recommend getting this on the PS Store; it’s an all in one of the trilogy and you can play it all on PS5.

They are all previous gen. 1-3 are PS3 and 4 is PS4. I recommend you go through all of them, starting with the beginning. The stories and characters are all connected so in my personal opinion, it doesn’t make sense to skip any. It’d be like starting Mission Impossible with the fifth movie.

Came here to agree, here. There is a big reason they do this with the story, and you're missing out by not finishing it. You'll learn soon enough what happened, and I think you'll end up liking it.

I think it has always been a problem but it feels like during the pandemic that became more of a problem. ****'s harder to get and more expensive when you can, so instead of watering down, try to spice it up with other **** just enough to get people mad ****** up and willing to spend more money.

Agree with this 100%. RE7 is just a mad different experience and it pulls everything off quite well. On the other hand.. how the **** are we going to get Resident Evil 4 on Oculus Quest 2 before we get a god damn Code Veronica remake? SMFH people ******* love RE4 too damn much lol

Yeah people are out here using the word "remake" like they have no idea what it means. It's a heavy remaster if anything. But it ain't a remake. The thing that pisses me off about this is that they reused all the assets. There is literally no reason why the DLC shouldn't be on PS4.
